What I learned: How to make text in After Effects. I know we learned more, but that's the only thing I used so far. Therefore I forgot everything else.
What I want to learn: How to use more video effects in AE.
What made me happy: Getting permission to use my friend's music for the documentary.
What made me sad: I couldn't get my most sought after interview with one of my favorite youtubers.

I've always known that video games are often used to project cinematic pieces of art, whether it's a rendered CGI cut-scene or in-game recorded footage. But I've never bought my attention to Grand Theft Auto 4's capability of letting players create a real looking cinematic film/video. I'm not sure if these are from means of in-game recording mechanics or its a separate software altogether (not just Fraps), but some users can pull off some borderline professional looking action scenes using the game engine.
